Files Registration Statement With SEC for Initial Public Offering NEW YORK, Oct. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- MIH Limited (Nasdaq: MIHL; Amsterdam Stock Exchange) announced today that OpenTV Corp. (OpenTV), its controlled British Virgin Islands subsidiary, has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the United States and will offer a portion of its Class A Ordinary Shares through a global initial public offering (the offering). Merrill Lynch & Co. will serve as lead underwriter for the offering and, in addition, Thomas Weisel Partners LLC and MeesPierson N.V. will serve as co-managers for the offering. No shares will be sold in the offering by MIHL.
