MEMO: additional info. (Will they die? or not?!)

To me, the MEMO investment has always been about the company surviving bankruptcy. If they do, the stock should rise. If not, well, you should have not bought a stock in bankruptcy proceedings.
:-))

The results reflect a loss of .07 for the quarter(not good), but the year is still profitable. This looks good to me, since my main concern was that the company pay its bills and work toward solvency. The 10QSB said they still were paying off their bills according to the terms reached, which is good in my eyes.

Dragon may have intentionally put off it's order for next quarter deliberately to see if they survive or not, but IF the company survives its December appointment with death, next quarter will reflect the new Dragon order, which imo is good.

Ultimately the market will decide whether this 10QSB is good news or not on Monday. Personally, I expect there to be an early selloff as recent investors flee this quarters loss & December court date, but later on...perhaps even after the December court date, investors should come back into MEMO, assuming they survive. I don't expect a huge selloff, as most nervous investors have fled months ago, but any expecting a profit for this quarter most certainly will.

As Clint said: "Whatayagonna do punk?!"

I'm holding, as my investment was always small & speculative in nature anyway, and the 10QSB says they are still paying their bills. I have done NO EXTENSIVE RESEARCH, but base my "bet" on this small, yet significant item.

My SPECULATIVE bet is that they will survive, but my advice is not to BANK on it!
