But who has the deepest pockets to pay Attorneys and wait the other party out in a long protracted jurisprudence system.

Looks like BRE-X salted again.
This time by Strosberg. It was my understanding that
the legal fees were to be a percentage of any
settlement and not exceeding 15%. Looks like our
lawyers got a good high paying job for three years
and bailed out. I wonder if they travel by helicopter.
I would hope the Texas lawyers have more concern
for the clients they are supposed to represent.
