I don't really think the CCO Offshore Drilling issue is impacting the Florida political scene yet. There is virtually no mention of any dollar amounts that might be the issue here. Once a dollar figure is attached to this case, the political discussion will heat up in a big way. The estimates of somewhere between $500 Million and $2 Billion seem low to me. At some point the Courts will order an appraisal of valuation to be made. That should trigger some stock price action.

Is it tomorrow that is the deadline for CCO to file their response? In any case, then it will go back to the Judges for further deliberation. I hope that it won't be another month or more, but it wouldn't surprise me too much. We can only wait. Anyway, I hope that next week I can contact Phil Ware for some more discussion. He seems to avoid talking to me in any detail.
