Hey Matt, I'll stay here and complain as long as I'd like! It is not your prerogative to ask me to leave. How would you like it if I asked YOU to leave?

QCharts has major, major problems. That you don't experience them is great for you! But that is not reason that the rest of us can't openly discuss what is actually going on with the flakiness of their service. That is different from bashing. I have no "agenda" to bash them, I'm hoping that perhaps their CEO, or the parent company CEO, will visit this thread - and as a result they start to LISTEN and DO SOMETHING since the problems are quite real, and I have no doubt that they could fix them in a week or two, should they decide to.

If I didn't like the software, I wouldn't waste my time. It's worth doing some serious complaining about. I am not making these problems up!

Matt,

This is from the thread header:

This subject should be used for discussion of Quote.com's QCharts product, a Windows application providing streaming real-time (or delayed) quotes, charts, and other financial market data.

Therefore, ANY dialog on this thread is pertinent and it is not up to you to decide who should or should not post here.

There are problems with the QCharts package and if you think people complaining about it is bashing, well that's your opinion.

I think QCharts is a wonderful product, when it works, which is most of the time. However, when it doesn't, my risks in the market rise exponentially. When I feel the risk is too great, I will then move on. We shall see how it plays out.

I've helped and have been helped by people here, so I hope they continue to post all things good and bad. I like to know what is going on around me.

Thank you for your cooperation,

arno
