cool edwarda. i've watched 1 1/2 movies so far today. first, "the shoes of the fisherman" with anthony quinn. again a hugely positive message, imo. a great flick. i'm in the middle of "the goodbye girl." while the shoes takes place in a religious setting, i don't think that that aspect is crucial to the story at all. it's a story of sacrifice and commitment to doing something good. that no one has the answers for us. that we each can choose to act with honor and be a positive force even given a complicated world that we face. anthony quinn performed very well in this flick.
