Jim, This seems to be a loosely based criticism without any test specifications from a "lone consultant". So, I would first be wary of this type of report. We have no idea what configuration this guy was using, whate tests were done, wether he contacted the vendors to verify his installation and results, etc. If there are major performance differences between older models from NCD and the newer netier model, then I wonder how the netier would compare against the new 400. My 2 cents. - Mark Orsi PS - The consultant's background is in Law, and his three listed clients include deployments of 5 and 10 thin clients.
