One of the significant challenges for NZRO is going to be the issue of branding. AltaVista has an enormous head start on them in this area and the backing of CMGI. There may be a need for free ISPs but I would suggest AltaVista will become the dominant player in this area. An excerpt from today's AltaVista press release:
