I'm told it's heading for a junior listing If there is no merger with a Nasdaq small cap firm, you are correct it will be on the "pink" sheets cause if they filed the SB-10 tomorrow, little chance of being approved before delisting day. especially with Christmas season fast approaching.

That is why it is so obvious that you are: a. short the stock b. have personal vendettas against Les c. losers with nothing else to do with their pathetic lives but to post on a stock they have no interest in, or d. all of the above. Take your pick.
