SLIGHTLY OFF TOPIC However, if you are aspiring to be an ASP, then execution efficiency is all the rage. Because, the cost of building a data center is a big factor. I would add that execution efficiency is also the rage because execution is the only thing that sets one ASP apart from another. That's not much of a competitive advantage in an industry that the barrier to entry is nearly non-existent and the switching costs are probably minimal. --Mike Buckley
