Forget QCOM. Great company but all the way up now. Look for nice earnings but low multiples, out-of-favor stocks about to coem back like UIS, IMRS, ANF, IBM, COMS, CPQ and LOR.
That's my advice. I never chase the high-fliers, though QCOM would have been a great buy a year (or even a month) ago. I owned it back at $50 a share and sold it for a 10% profit. Oh well. Right now I see COMS and UIS as the fastest possible doubles.

On the market in general, I think if teh Fed raises 1/4 then loses its bias the market rallies anyway, at least for a little while longer. And any sell-off I think will be very short as people just really want to be in stocks now, especially quality tech stocks. And they're not all expensive either, check out CMGI, T and IBM all with PE's in low 20's. And UIS and IMRS with PEs of 14. Just examples.
