I thought only we Southern Californians knew of "Bandini" However, considering the Beltway where you are, it is probably so thick you have to wade through it.

The only way this discussion relates to our beloved SLUP, is the supposed statement by the SEC General Counsel that he did not see any conflict of interest with Ms Finston as the initiator and in charge. That undoubtedly raised the level at least another foot.
