<<For various medical and nervous reasons, my muscles shake >>

I talked to a guy whose father would consistantly outfish every one when jigging or ice fishing. He had palsey and was always moving the lure just right. Other than that it's a pain. When I was taking diabetes medicine I had times I shook so bad I couldn't write my name.

I have an hereditary condition called "essential tremor"--looks like Parkinson's, although never getting that progressive, or like the DTs--that can be controlled with beta blockers except under great stress. Because of this as well as the random disk problems, I am all too well aware of how frustrating it is to lose what one takes so for granted! When signing one's name or writing checks to pay the bills or getting showered and dressed or sending e-mails or posting on SI become a challenge....

Have you looked into the Dragon product? It requires "training" to learn your voice, but it is very good.
