Pemex's Exploration and production division will take the lion's share of investment -- 61.666 billion pesos ($6.57 billion) -- which will go to its most productive oil and gas fields. These include the Cantarell offshore field, the Grivalva delta and Burgos fields, which together produce 51.5 percent of Mexico's crude and 42.7 percent of its natural gas.
