I am new to this board, and I am unfortunately a shareholder of ROH.
By my calculations, ROH has about $4 million (CDN) in assets versus $6 million in liabilities - which makes them technically bankrupt. Also, they have fallen below the market capitalization criteria for retaining their Toronto listing.

Please correct me if I am misinformed, but all-in-all, it does not look too encouraging for ROH.
