It would probably behoove one to look at each company's prospects.

...or PRIA, or HELX at 11 times sales, that's nosebleed territory.

I don't follow HELX but PRIA is on the cusp of a rapid increase in Sales; and might even report earnings soon.
During the downturn, it's been getting the occasional retrofit, but with well over 20 fabs or shells being populated during the next year, PRIA will probably capture the lion's share at about $20M-25M per fab / shell.

What looks like a huge multiple of Sales today will quickly begin to look like a value play once the revenues from the new fabs starts rolling in.

And similar stories exist for the other high multiple stocks . which is why they have relatively high multiples.

I find that many cheap stocks often stay that way.
