FILM became SPNT or SPNT became FILM, can't remember which. One thing about it UTTC has deep pockets for their puppy PLCO, you gotta like that. Also this huge ownership by "friendly hands" ties up one hell of a lot of shares that might otherwise have been float. United Textile and SPNT involvement would definitely assist the credibility of the PLCO plunge into this major assault on Europe and North America IMO. Regards C
