Excellent suggestions y'all. Make sure you email Jay (I've already done this to alert him to your suggestions). Just as a note in the future. He is so busy he doesn't always get a chance to read the thread. He does like the suggestions though.

Here are some of the Gilder tickers I was able to pick up:
BRCM,ATML,CUBE,ADI,CNXT,AMCC,Nat. Semiconductor (NM?),
NOPT,CIEN,GSTRS,GLW,Global Crossing,NXLT,QCOM,LVLT,
MSNX,Teligent,XLNX,WCOM,LU,SUNW

Caveat: I may have some of these wrong.
