I hate to be the contrarian, but HDR does not completely solve the Last Mile problem everywhere, because wireless is at a disadvantage where the geography is hilly.

I think the significance of Qualcomm, Microsoft and the Candadian company investing in a Korean carrier is the money will be used for the first HDR upgrade.

RE: HDR. Notes from conference confirm what we heard from Dr. IJ on the webcast. HDR is definitely a player in the last mile solution. As a later post ways, there will be a number of solutions and the best one for the situation is the one that will be used. But HDR will definitely be part of the mix and that is just now beginning to be factored into the stock price. IMHO
