<As I stated basically the ONLY firms following Rambus were the original Underwriters of the IPO, and even some of them have their doubts>

Coach Don, My father once said...

"It is better to keep your mouth shut and be thought a fool than it is to open it and prove it to be true."

Edit: Listen to some good advice!!!

Concerning Fred Hager

"But don't worry, you still have the support of Fred Hager, who even the Hulbert newsletter doesn't even bother to follow..."

Don, as an employee of Fred Hager's let me clear things up for posters concerning your statement. Mark Hulbert does not follow Fredhager.com at this time because we've been online for a little more than one year. Prior to that, Fred was writing his letter "The Long-Term Value Quarterly" for a select few subscribers. He did send his letter and portfolio trades to Mark for the past 12 years, because he knew one day he would want Mark to perhaps initiate tracking.

Mark will only track letters that his subscribers ask him to. From my understanding, he tallies the number of requests for new letters throughout the year, and at the beginning of the next year, he initiates tracking on new ones who have received the most votes. At this stage, we are asking his subscribers who are our also subscribers to request that he track us. If you are a subscriber to the Hulbert Financial Digest, please ask him to track us beginning next year.

If any of Mark's other subscribers who read this thread would do the same, we would appreciate it. You can go to his site at www.hulbertdigest.com or call them at 888-Hulbert. Fred has a pretty impressive track record (43% a year for 13 years), and we would sure love to have Hulbert audit it and initiate tracking of the site.

Thanks. Incidentally, this is an official statement from Fredhager.com.

As i have stated before, Don, if they don't get underwriting fees from rambus, they aren't going to follow it !!

I had figured you would know that! Don't you?
