Looks like IDX has a nice Compaq announcement lined up for COMDEX:

Message 11917484

The Compaq iPAQ, unveiled November 10, is priced at less than $500 per machine for the corporate Internet access market. Fingerprint biometrics are going to be built in, according to that report. Gotta be ours. Don't believe IDX can be making much margin at those prices, but it is good news, boys and girls.

To all,

First, From a lurker... Thanks. We've seen this page before. It's been updated. simpletechnology.com Notice that cow pattern thing in the ad...

Second, I'm thinking that IDX is not worth the effort for the time being... I really thought that IDX would shed it's past trading tendencies and stop with the spikes and falls and show some consistency in its' pricing. The "smart" money says no. Too many games for me to worry about, so I'm going to park my 4000 shares and wait for IDX to make some money and not spend soooo much time in hunting down the bits and pieces that possibly lead to contracts. Contract announcements with $$$, is what we need.

Third, Thanks to everyone that contributes to the Thread. Many very enjoyable hours in reading and thinking about what has been said has taught me much. If I find something I'll be sure to let you know.

Going into semi lurking mode...

steve

ps, I really hope that someone will make me eat my words at Cabo in the near future:)
