If I had your problems, I would be upset too. Why the difference? who knows?

I have had problems with OL in the past, took it off, not because of Qcharts but other problems. I tried 2000, it replaced my contact list in OE by one nearly 6 months old. We have 100s of combinations of software, different ISP or delivery setups, since the average person doesn't know how to time record a VCR, we have come a long way in computers.

Many of my friends on west coast have complained about connections during days, I didn't have a blip. is it location, we would be on same server. Is it the number of stocks in quote lists? I have about 500+, charts=3 T/S=3, single quote=3. Is it ISP/modem? I use mindspring and 56k.

Well thats enough of my taking up for Qcharts. I would hate to see someone pass up the opportunity to use the product because of the few complaints seen here. As for other products, I do agree that COQ might be best out there for futures, I am sure we can get someone to disagree on that, too.

Nope. I'm truly sorry you are having these persistant problems. Mine were fine all day. I know what a hassle it is to set up a network of machines and building a system around a few integral pieces. It is particularly frustrating when one of those pieces isn't pulling it's weight. I would work my way up the tech support food chain if I were you, so you can get intelligent feedback from a developer who knows what is going on, and not just the quick answers that are usually wrong from the first and second level tech support people. I wish I knew what to do to fix it for you. I wonder if it is a config issue conflicting with the config on OL2000? Just a thought. Have you downloaded the latest beta version? It seems to work well and allows drawing lines on the oscillator sections of the charts and allows you scroll up and down on the body of the chart and not just right and left. Good for locating support resistance lines you have drawn a while back. Good luck with getting it worked out. You've got to admit that it is a pretty cool program when it is working well.
