A short addition to my last post of a "what if" my speculation is true.

Continuing along the same path of thoughts...

What I spoke of was a lawsuit against Jensen & Twiford, not the path of a
shareholders meeting, but a direct "STOP THE MUSIC" type action.

First fact to obtain is that Jensen only allowed a Twiford solution.
Second, after how many years of a Twiford failure would a new path for a solution
be executed FOR the shareholders.
Third, for an example assume 5 years. So the lawsuit would be initiated
for those gpgi shareholders that purchased gpgi shares 5 years ago, AND during
the 5 year period ALWAYS held gpgi shares, as it would reflect a continuous
period of shareholder investment involvement.

As for me, and after the 5 years prior, I would not be represented, and if Jensen's
shares were obtained, I would not obtain any since it would represent
a compensation of sort.

just thinking more
