Daddy, good find on SWCM. Now let's apply some Gorilla questions: 1. Is SWCM's service standards-based? Are they using an off-the-shelf software package or are they using their own software? 2. If they have their own software, does it contain IP? 3. What are the barriers to entry for competitors? My first read is that SWCM is trying to grab a market, but can never be a Gorilla. They have no enabling technology under their control and the barriers to entry are very, very low for competitors.
