RE>> You never did answer the part about the husband and wife,<<

Actually Monu I was going to leave the husband wife thing alone because you really picked the wrong guy to use that one on...
Besides it being the reasonings of you mind and not based on scripture - I will need to tell you why I'm laughing..

I saw a woman who dearly loved the Lord and read the word every day... I prayed and asked God if I could marry her and I cast a lot before Him.

I threw two coins.. I said to God that if it were 2 heads I would see it as YES.. I said if it were 2 tails I would take it as no and would Obey His Providence... They came up 1 tail and 1 head... Not what I wanted.. It took me about two weeks to realize that God had allowed for Good and Godly marriages and that if there was nothing unlawful about it then it was really up to each man who he should marry !

I decided to marry Her.

I asked my her out to dinner but she said no ...

I had already decided that I WAS going to MARRY HER so I asked again.. She said no she was busy this and that..

I asked her again and she said well maybe we could go out for a coffee and a donut... So I said sure..

( she told me later that she had just felt kind of sorry for me that I must be lonely :-} )

She sat down and I sat across from her... I made some small talk for a few minute but then I told her I had decided to TAKE her for my wife....

She went into shock and then said : "Don't I get to say anything about all of this..."

I thought for a moment and then I said to her.. " I have been reading a lot of the old testament and it always says "TOOK" her to be his wife... I don't see ASKED HER anywhere so I don't think you need to say anything..."

That was my first "date"

That was a long long time ago... So your note to me

OF ALL PEOPLE is quite funny...

My wife tells the story to this day..

She always ends by saying .. I should have taken the supper, it was the last time he offered .. and she laughs..

In the Providence of God you just picked likely the only man you will ever meet that DID NOT GIVE HIS WIFE A CHOICE
It was before I believed as I do now.. I at that time believed men made the choice in salvation...

It's too funny.........

My marriage was arranged like most arranged marriages all over the world only no parents were involved... My wife's father was a drunk who dropped out and her mother let her "date" I now think dating is a big mistake and that parents should be involved.

I have had many people tell me that they have never seen a happier marriage than mine. My wife is everything I had hoped for. She is a sinner saved by grace but she is an EXCELLENT woman and a very good mother.

I believe that the Marriage of the Lamb to the Bride is an arranged marriage and the Bride has no say... but she is not upset with the arrangement at all ! At least I'm not.. you seem to be like my wife was.

As far as saviour of all men... are all men saved ??

The meaning is quite different than you think but it is a large post that I will write if you like..
I at one time defended free will.. until I was taught of God that it is wrong.
Read Ephesians chapter 1

RE>> I knew that someday I would find out. I did!<<

How can you know your going to find out something that you do not know exists ??

If you know it exists then you need not find out !

Besides the Bible say this about seeking:

Ro 3:11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.

Somebody is not being quite truthful here and I don't think it's God in His Word.. hmmmmmm
