I read that whole thing. Whew! Though I cannot imagine injunctions against a business pursuing an opportunity within it's natural grasp, even if not precisely in it's current sphere, I can imagine our government could dream it up and, perhaps attempt to implement it. I cannot imagine the harm such interference would cause, but it would be considerable, and would affect all participants in the market, perhaps gradually affecting our world leading technology dominance. If it comes to something like this guy suggests, we would then be confronted with the DoiJ....Department of inJustice!
