Yes indeed,

They are on the brink of opening Pandora's box.
Apple and SUNW will hear the knock on the door in five years or less. AOL will hear the knock on the door in ten years or less. Other's that brought/supported the suit will also rue the day.

Paul: That is exactly correct and something I have maintained since the beginning of the trial and have challenged all the MSFT nay-sayers with. Go buy a Mac. This ruling defines a market so narrowly that almost any large corporation could be tarred with the same brush. This case with a less spiteful judge acting as DOJ accomplice is going to be returned to sender. I believe the Appellate Division already sees it as DOA! JFD
