My pen is in hand to mark my calendar. I'm also waiting for the date you will announce your "TOP TEN for 2000".

Hi Steve:
What do you think of CIRC ? Is it near a bottom ? It seems to me it's very under valued compared to it's peers.

Thanks

What do you think of ALYS and INTF that both offer Legacy to Internet solutions?

Did you see that Ariba acquired an auction company today (trading dynamics)... this must mean they are intending to emulate the commerce one transaction model... where does that leave cmrc in your view then?

A DB analyst piece recently alluded to Ariba adding a transaction based model also.

Do you have any sense that Ariba is actually following cmrc's lead - cmrc having more vision?
Thanks for your thoughts.

I think with the Nasdaq up 20+-% in 20 sessions is excessive. Whatever the longer term prospects are this is NOT the time to buy anything IMO. No matter what it is.

Do you have any opinions about CommTouch, especially as it relates to others in its field like Critical Path. What do you think of its valuation and future prospects.

Steve, what is your take on BYND (Beyond.com) and COOL (Cyberian Outpost) at these levels heading into the holidays and next year. These software e-tailers seem to be ready for lift-off to me. I would really appreciate your opinion.

Thank you.

Robert

Hi Steve Harmon...

INSP, DCLK, RNWK, and INKT...4 great stox.
Out of the 4, infospace.com seems to be the most undervalue stox right now. Even if insp goes over $100.00 in the next few weeks, the stock still looks oughtly cheap compare to other brand name net stocks.

What's your short & long term outlook for INSP ?

Hi Steve,

What is your current opinion of AWEB & ABTL and other autocommerce enablers? I believe you were quite positive on AWEB in the past, but haven't heard your recent take. They seem to be missing out on all the upward momentum the internets have had recently, and I am curious as to your opinion as to when they will gain some momentum. What do you think has been holding them back?

Thanks,

Crusader

Steve, when you are picking your top 10 for 2000,
How closely will you be looking/taking into account the float?

When I gave my suggested top 10 a few weeks ago I included
ASKJ (10th on my list) even though it was well valued at that time...but because of the available shares it has gone up more than 100% since my post.....

Message 11804538

unbeleivable huh?

Cheers,

Steve, what companies do you like in the growing online travel agents?

If you are familiar with Uniglobe.com, could you comment on the market's valuation of it. Uniglobe.com will do 90 Million in '99 (margins @13%)and is selling at pennies compared to the competition like Priceline, Cheap tickets, expedia.

Thanks,

Mike.
