Pugs states he has mountains of evidence... "evidence n (law) all the means by which any alleged matter of fact whose truth is investigated at judicial trial is established or disproved" Now in the case of posts made repeatedly by Pugs he does not allege but states as fact that certain posters are criminals and currently are stock manipulators for shorters. He has not provided any evidence regarding either statement and refuses to back off even though he recognizes how damaging these statements are...
