Seems to be a lot of bantering back and forth lately so I think it is time for a reality check. There is no question Dell is out of favor with Wallstreet at the moment. When this happens, it usually takes a significant event like the Ibm Pc deal or blow out earnings to get attention and return back to their good graces. I think it will be the latter. We have all been through this with other stocks and there are only two options opened to us. Continue to hold and hope an event or earnings happen in short order or sell and go onto greener pastures.

Disclaimer: I have owned Dell since 1992 and I know you are not supposed to fall in love with a stock but when it has made you the amount of money Dell has there is an exception to the rule. I did sell a lot of Dell in February of this year but still continue holding 1000 shares which I intend to hold forever.

Good Luck in Your Investing
