Additionally, you also posted:

"As to the bold predictions about "next week," I hope they are true

They might even be, this time...but I don't think you're going to like it. Look for a
reverse-split combined with a merger/move to a (even more) junior exchange."

Respectfully, I never said that.

My DD indicates that they are to file 30 days ahead of the deadline, which is approx 12/17

The 30 days is only a warning period for investors, that the company has yet to file and be approved.

1 At the moment it is taking approximately 45 days to get the first set of comments back which the company has to respond to...............

2 The comments are responded to and re submitted to the SEC, usually another 30 days to receive the o kay if there are no more comments.............

The one thing I have not included above is the time it takes for the company to respond to the first set of comments, lets assume four days.........

thus we have a total of 45+30+4= 79 days........

the date to go to the "pink" sheets is January 17,

We are also going into the holiday season

so you put the reasoning to the above theory.......................

look at the length of time it has taken IGAT and DCHT from time of filing to complete..........

The first 45 days is on NASDAQ web site,

hope you DD the property and the company better then you did the filing requirements vis a vis the timeframe
