Wow! A whole slew of new Charter Charters! Welcome aboard! This may be a slow moving train leaving this IPO station, and the first miles of track are uphill, but there will come the days, the years, that this train is gonna deliver the goods to all who have patience, sit back and and enjoy the ride.
