India is avoiding Kashmir -- Pak
expressindia.com

JPR: Why India avoids the issue? Simple, my friend. India is sitting on top of Kargil. What is the point in rushing in to anything? Let Musharaff twist and turn in the Kargil snowstorm he created. India will talk to you, when she feels like it.
ISLAMABAD, NOV 14: Pakistan's military ruler General Pervez Musharraf has accused India of "avoiding" a
discussion on Kashmir and termed New Delhi's seeking
deferment of the SAARC summit in Kathmandu on the
ground of the military takeover in Islamabad, as "violative" of the SAARC charter.
In interviews to American and British media, he said that
Pakistan is ready to resolve all problems with India, but "of all our issues, Kashmir is the main issue. But India is avoiding discussion on the subject".
