<<< The company must make some sort of positive announcement if we want this level to hold.>>>

I understand what you're saying Claude, but not sure if I totally agree with this statement. I would say we're close enough to a series of releases (my own guess is that these will begin within the next 8 days) that anticipation will support the stock at these levels and more likely start to carry it higher. I agree with you that if it were over an extended period of time that there were no releases, then that may be a different story. I just don't see this as the most likely scenario at this point. JDX continues to behave very well as a chart read. Hopefully this will continue and the next leg up will now begin.

Regards,

Kevin

The company must make some sort of positive announcement

I strongly agree with you on this one Claude. In numerous talks with the company, it has become very apparent how they are going to structure the company and that they are going to do a name change. In addition, these talks have revealed that deal flow has been steadily increasing and that they have made numerous new business contacts. Although I have known these points for a while and so have the other people on the thread, the company has not made any formal announcement on any of these points so the general investment community still doesn't know the story. To start the move to the next level we need news from the company.

However I think there is a little more to this news blackout. Although I have no proof to back this up it is my guess that the company wants to make all of the above announcements along with the announcement of 1 or more great deals that they have closed. It is kind of like hitting the market with a one-two punch that the institutions and retail sectors can't ignore. Although the company is happy to talk about their possible strategy plans and deal flow they have kept a very tight lid on any deals they might have closed and what deals they are presently in talks on. The only thing that we know is that they are screening potential U.S acquisitions in the telecommunications and business-to-business e-commerce sectors.

JDX has has a very long history of keeping a tight lid on really big news. For example, back in Oct. 1997 the shares were flatlining in the low .90's on low volume. Out of the blue the company released great first round drilling results and the stock went up almost 60% in one day to a close at a high of $1.45 after the news was out. This is the same thing that happened back in 1996 which lead to the big run to $3.70 and also the same thing that happened on several big news release in the early 90's.

I am guessing that the same thing is going to happen in this case. If history repeats itself JDX is likely sitting on a bunch on great news that none of us will expect and will catch the market by surprise. The guys at JDX sure sound upbeat in the past month and if I had to guess I would say we are getting very close to seeing some announcements. If I was management I would want to release great news right around the Medsite.com announcements (S1's/IPO). I am in hold mode until I see the news because like I said before...I plan to be holding when the stock is halted. We could get news this week or three weeks from now, it is anyones guess. My point is that when the news comes out the price will likely be far higher than the present price. Since market timing is one of the trickest things to do I just plan to sit tight and wait.

Best Regards
KEITH
