I just tried to nibble on some PASA at 7 11/16, sold my SMRA at 13 15/16.

Just a funny coincidence today....Goldman Sachs showed up as a Market Maker in PASA today for the first time ever. Coincidentally they are the underwriter and investment banker for TRRA the Spanish ISP coming to market this week....this company's CEO has said he is interested in growing through acquisition, and they have no presence in the U.S.....maybe I am stretching but it smells like accumulation by Goldman ahead of a buyout....Volume in PASA was heavy again today and closed up 1/2....just food for thought...
