This stock ISV is getting ready to make a big move. It is trading at 2 3/4 and the volume has been picking up. I expect to see the big move in Dec.

I picked up some PASA here, Gloria Estevan on Tomorrow. Only 4.8 mln. float so it moves usually when CHINA and STRM and PCNTF move first.
