Yeah, I think they are the leader of that email content area, certainly more front than back-office. Actually I think $mogul here really knows kana vs egain vs mustang, maybe he can comment (I don't know them, really). I know Kana did well and so did epiphany which isn't a transaction thing either... epiphany isn't really even b2b, however, those two are leaders I think and in the e-sales or CRM area you have Siebel hanging over your head. My only real gripe with Clic is that they listed Ariba in the "competitor" section of one of their financial statements... thus fostering some sort of illusion that Calico is a e-commerce vendor... they are not commerce at all really...
