Ram, I think you are correct in people, certainly institutions, still adopting a bit of a 'wait-and-see' attitude. And while I added 12,000 more shares to my position after last week's contract announcement, I also expect to add an additional 20,000 - 30,000 shares upon either (a) a second contract announcement, or (b) an announcement of further conversion by CC. I expect both of these events before the end of December, and the CC conversion by the end of November.
