Doug, could NN Board be telling TM right now that if he screws up one more time he is good bye? Or, that he can take the ERICY, or the ALA offer now. Tough choices. Come on TM, this is what separates the men from the boys. It is always very hard for an engineer i think to get out of his engineering cocoon and look at the business world. When they finally make that jump, they meet the jungle. They soon learn that to survive they have to relearn new survival skills that have nothing to do with engineering and are best learned in Business School. This is why the head of IBM is an MBA. And so CSCO's to think of a couple. TM has screwed up NNs business side too long. Any other manager would have long been gone.
