HC: Okay, okay, I'll go burn some incense at your altar....but only if VLNC closes at, or above $7. Still, so far it looks like a good call. ;-)

I gotta say, though, the short collusion "out there" musta been even more pervasive than most of us thought, based on the consistency of today's ask action. 'Tis almost as if a "rear guard" is being run. I guess this is to be expected given what we've come to understand about the opposition camps tactics, eh? So it goes....

And speaking of goees...today's a happy feet day for me. Another one of my speculations has been on one HELL of a tear(LUMM), picking up where it left off the end of last week. A speculation in the optical fiber area that could make it the INTC of its sector. Wooo weee, the first year of the new millennium is looking to be mighty nice to me, and it ain't even X-mas yet!!

Now back to dancing around my chair and following the action. Ahem!!

John~

Hi hc,
Today's price move at about 3 times daily average volume is pretty significant. Early stages of forming an uptrend, I suppose! Large blocks were bought today. May be some short covering or some retail buying. Stating above the 7 level is important. That will put most long termers in the black, around that price. The absence of "short coalition" has helped a lot.
Are we getting ready to break through 11 by December? Last year, around this time, it went to 11 with much higher uncertainty and much lower probability of VLNC success. The probability of VLNC success has improved! Looking at the price history, the price went as high as 20. In today's speculative market, irrational price spikes can happen. jmo. Ram
