I believe it was one day after earnings(2qrs ago). He gave an
interview with Guavo(sp?) on Fox. In fact, I remember him
saying similar comments twice.

Michael, your memory is just fine, don't make yourself crazy looking for it. He said it in a couple of interviews shortly after the stock got dumped to the low twenties.
