Tim, As I have told you in PM's, CS is not for sale. If you can tell me what Yago looks at out their front window, I'll be impressed. But the buyout stuff is old news and isn't going to happen. Piyush and Rom are out talking to customers about how awesome the SSR products are, and about the next generation products. As I have already told you, they are not shopping the company. As such, any buyout will happen as a hostile one. Unless you have data that confirms GEC is making a hostile bid for the company, and the founders of Cabletron are on board, you are wrong. Dead wrong. CS *WILL* get to $40, in one year, on its own merits. But not on a buyout. Take care
