Paul, Paul, Paul-You should be more charitable towards Markie the Most Magnificant. 'Tis soon the Christmas season, etc., etc. And don't expect an answer from him as to whether he actually had the courage of his convictions and shorted VLNC. I've asked that quesiton repeatedly over the last 2 weeks, and he's yet to answer it. I can only only come to 2 different conclusions:

1) Markie the Most Magnificant can't read, so he didn't understand my question or
2) He never did short the stock, leading one to the inescapable conclusion that he is "full of sound and fury, signifying nothing."*

*My apologies to Wm. Shakespeare.

You have zero credibility little guy, big oil must have been very pleased to cut their deadwood in exchange for severance.

Below confirms your - to be charitable - gross oversight:

From MSN:

Rayovac ROV Gross Margin
Company 53.4
Industry 32.8
S&P 500 47.8
But hey, if you chant it loud enough, you may get your fellow cultists to continue believing your distortions. After all, what's a little altered reality between a few paranoid drones? ; )

What is VLNC's gross margin? LOL

The comparison with Rayovac is intended to demonstrate the degree to which klemencic and other thread regulars broadcast their own hyperbolic projections shamelessly at the expense of providing weak and flawed analysis or worse. The example of ROV is highlighted merely to show the disparity between real companies in real markets and the fictions they (klemencic et al) seek (clumsily) to create w/r/t VLNC. ROV is a pure play battery company. It is projected to grow earnings at a CAGR of approx. 25%. It is expected to make $1.32 per share. It may or may not be the best, most precise comparable. It need not be to expose the fiction and weak analysis. Summary - same growth rate of 25%, Gross margins as reported by a reliable publication to be 53%, priced at a 1.15 price to sales multiple when the "cult" would have you believe a PSR of 5 is too low for VLNC.

ROV G/M reported at documented and independently verifiable 53%. Was klemencic "lying" or blind? Does it matter when it comes to his statements?

Paul:

What will be CC's new conversion price, according to your calculations, if VLNC is able to close today at 7 or above ?

Paul, the most charitable thing you can do for Visnic and the rest of the thread is to ignore him.

Believe me, you don't need to defend your integrity or your posts to the rest of the people here.

From the chorus in this neo-tragedy - "Believe me, you don't need to defend your integrity or your posts to the rest of the people here."

Even when you are false, misleading, and hyperbolic because - well - because everyone here drinks from the same kool-aid cup.

Its noted how all of a sudden you shut up when you are held accountable.
