I agree, Mo. PLCOP does look almost too good to be true, but that is why some people are waiting. I think we should see the volume swell the next two days, since it's probable that many people are DD-ing this like mad now, and will find that this really makes a lot of sense.

Why? Because you still are in effect only paying 56 cents for each share of PLCO, which is a fully reporting company with a subsidiary going public on the German Market as an IPO Thursday or Friday at $10-13.50 per share. Should be priced tomorrow I hope.

This can be both a good short term and longer term play, too, as PLCOP's (i.e. the Preferred Shares) give you a great vehicle to pick up a lot of shares of PLCO after Dec. 29th. (i.e 6 shares of PLCO for each PLCOP converted to common). Sure, there would be dilution to PLCO if everyone exercised, but most won't (they never do) and I believe that PLCO is clearly undervalued anyway.

Play Co. is a real company. I guess the question is, is PCLO worth 60 cents. Sure, I think it's worth a lot more than that, so I think the PLCOP buying should continue and at then at some point the PLCO's and warrants should heat up.
