Heard on the news Clinton want's the Chinnease to open their telecom market.....presumably this is lifting ZICA....not sure why as it isn't clear what revenue they expect, but perhaps that's a minor detail....true scams are the most troubling to get into too early....added is the fact that it's a Canadian issue.

U.S. frauds such as GUMM and REFR are a bit easier to read. The Canadian markets are incredibly difficult to game. There is little doubt ZICA is a POS....but recall that short-sellers had Bre-X figured out at 5...on its way to 23. Eventually the stock did go to zero - but you had to stay in the game till the bitter end. Average up on ZICA very carefully.
