I'm not fond of the pricing pressures involved with DSL companies. I don't like the thought of decreasing margins. I would prefer to buy joke B2B companies that have no expectations---purely news driven. (heheh) You won't see me buying any DSL companies anytime soon, some of them make money. Once they make money, it becomes a lot easier to value them.

How do you value a small group of B2B companies which could conceivably dominate a trillion and a half dollars in commerce in 3-4 years? There aren't enough B2B plays out there to satisfy the insatiable demand. I think there are plenty of DSL plays out there.

Was just sitting here thinking,
How freaking slow my internet connection is,
and how long i've been bugging self to upgrade,
and how many times,,,,
I've set up the appointment,
to have a faster connection,
and how many times,
the FREAKING phone company has called and said,
'we can't do it,'
it will be 6 weeks before we can configure it,
and we don't have the copper in place,
and the dude at the box,
blew himself up,
and we don't know what the heck we're doing,
because DSL can only be USED on MARS.
And then i started thinking,
self,
If the whole world,
was represented by 100 people,
then ....
how many of those people would actually have a computer,
and even if they knew that they wanted to have a computer,]
how many would actually have a computer,]
and i know it's less than one person,
and then i started thinking about the saturated DSL market,
and how there are less than a million DSL lines,,,
maybe even less than 600K DSL lines worldwide,
and i started thinking about their saturated market,
and i started thinking about their severe pricing pressures,
and then i started thinking about the lack of the demand,
that those 1 person,
representing the entire world population of computer owners,
i started thinking,,,
what in the world would they want,,,
if those less than 1 person's could upgrade their present system,
and i started thinking it sure as heck wouldn't be a faster connection,
because time,
of anything,
is not,
money,,,,
NO SIRE REEE bob,
TIME IS NOT MONEY!
and whoever made up that statement is a FREAKING IDIOT.
