The injunction prevented the Transfer Agent from issuing shares. Now, the TA will just issue shares as directed by the company. Thus, the claimants will have to litigate now to force the company to issue those shares..

In effect, a non-event with the removal of the temporary injunction..

So they fought like hell to get an injunction, and they lost it because they couldn't post a bond. In other words, they use all their resources, get a successful court ruling, but they lose it for no good reason. What possible benefit could there be in this?

Oh, and MR D, in order to require a tax loss requires a tax gain, so that is what we call a moot question. You don't really think I'm happy about this do you?
