S.W, FRTI AGAIN! FreeRealTime.com Announces New Personalized Browser Assistant Now Available to Deliver Streaming Quotes to the Desktops of its 700,000+ Members...

IRVINE, Calif., Nov 15, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Agreement Between
FreeRealTime.com and Winfire.com Provides Powerful Viral Marketing
Tools and One-Click Access to FreeRealTime.com Content

FreeRealTime.com Inc. (OTC BB:FRTIE), a digital financial media
company, and a leading provider of online, real-time stock market
quotes and online financial services, unveiled its newly launched
desktop Web Browser Assistant personalized for navigation through the
company's online financial services Web site, www.freerealtime.com.

The customized Browser Assistant, which resides on the desktop as a
"tool" bar, will continually display streaming ticker symbols from the
member's WatchList, while providing members with one-click access to
the FreeRealTime.com site and real-time stock quotes.

Under the terms of its agreement with Newport, Calif.-based Winfire,
FreeRealTime.com will provide a customized Browser Assistant, at no
charge, to its 700,000+ member base by providing download capabilities
from FreeRealTime.com's Web site beginning Nov. 11,1999.

According to FreeRealTime.com President and CEO Brad Gunn, all Winfire
Browser Assistants downloaded from Winfire will be equipped with
FreeRealTime.com content, providing an effective "viral" marketing tool
for attracting new members to the FreeRealTime.com Web site with little
or no traditional advertising cost.

"We have been eagerly anticipating the launch our customized Browser
Assistant in conjunction with Winfire," continued Gunn. "Our customized
browser, with its one-click access, stakes a claim on our member's
desktop while providing a faster and easier method of accessing
FreeRealTime.com's significant financial and investment content.

"Our co-branded content agreement with Winfire will allow us to take
advantage of a powerful online marketing technique, 'viral' marketing,
to continue our explosive membership growth while continuing to
increase our advertising revenue without spending the thousands of
dollars required for traditional print advertising."

"Winfire is committed to providing its Browser Assistant users with the
best the Internet has to offer, and FreeRealTime.com certainly fits in
this category," said David Kopp, CEO of Winfire. "With streaming quotes
and a desktop portfolio management tool, all Winfire Browser Assistant
users will find increased value in the FreeRealTime.com service,
exclusively available through the Browser Assistant."
