AMD has been executing better - there is no issue on this.

Intel has been executing poorly - the latest is the Cumine/Rambus fiasco.

If Intel pours on the afterburners this recent set of cockups will be history.

But should they continue to have 0.18 delivery problems coupled with high Rambus prices then I see a real problem.

Past performance may indeed be no guarantee of future performance, but until someone invents a time machine that's all we have to go on. Therefore, all we can say (and base our investments on) is that AMD has never not screwed up and wasted any advantage it has had in the past and INTC has never not overcame its few mistakes in the past.
