Orange and Non-Cellular Mannesmann Holdings

Orange could be sold to an already chosen bidder. Orange could be auctioned off. Orange could be floated away on the stock exchange. All the scenarios imply different asset prices. I assume Vod is willing to write-off part of the cost if they cannot get full value for Orange.

Non-cellular Mannesmann holdings a tougher call. There has been some talk within Vod of keeping some of the wired Mannesmann holdings.

My conclusion is that I cannot give you even an estimate as to what they could receive but Vod management has obviously some idea by talking to other companies as to what they could possibly get selling off parts of Mannesmann.
